For starters, this is not for Rally, in the truest definition of the word. True Rally involves public roads being closed, and you race a long distance, without repeating the same terrain.
Rally-X and Rally Sprint are instead run on a closed course, usually less than 1.5 miles. Rally sprint you can have a number of cars on the track at the same time, unlike Rally-X where you have the track divided into 2, and you have one car per 'lane'.
